The matching process
Property Claim Guide introduces Nevada licensed contractors to homeowners after the homeowner completes an assessment and gives explicit consent. Each opportunity arrives with documented scope, severity, risk flags, and location context.
How matching criteria work
Matching is based on:
- Location: Contractor service area and homeowner ZIP code
- Trade fit: Contractor specialties aligned with damage type
- Coverage area: Geographic regions the contractor serves
- Plan eligibility: Free, Pro, and Elite plan tiers
Contractor plan tiers
Property Claim Guide offers three participation levels:
- Free: Basic profile visibility and limited access
- Pro: Up to 10 leads per month
- Elite: Up to 30 leads per month
Lead availability varies by trade, location, homeowner submissions, coverage area, plan eligibility, and homeowner consent. We do not guarantee lead volume.
Homeowner consent required
Contractors should not receive homeowner personal details unless the homeowner explicitly consents to matching. Property Claim Guide does not sell homeowner data to third parties.
What contractors receive
When matched, contractors receive:
- Documented damage scope from the assessment
- Severity score (110 educational scale)
- Risk flags identified during assessment
- Location context (city/ZIP level)
- Broad educational cost band
What we do not do
- Guarantee lead volume or placement
- Sell homeowner personal information
- Override homeowner consent requirements
