Clear information about how Property Claim Guide collects, uses, and protects your information during educational damage assessments.

Last revised May 7, 2026

01 — What we collect

Information we collect.

Property Claim Guide collects information you voluntarily provide through the educational assessment form, including:

  • Contact information — name, email address, and phone number.
  • Property-related information — ZIP code, property type, damage type, timeline, and affected areas.
  • Uploaded materials — photos, videos, notes, and documents submitted by the homeowner.
  • Assessment responses and related form entries.
  • Basic technical information — device type, browser, and security logs.
02 — How we use it

What your information powers.

Your information is used to:

  • Provide the educational assessment experience.
  • Organize submitted damage information.
  • Generate educational summaries and broad guidance.
  • Help homeowners document information they choose to provide.
  • Support contractor matching only when the homeowner gives consent.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
03 — AI-assisted tools

Where automation enters the picture.

Property Claim Guide may use automated and AI-assisted tools to help organize homeowner-submitted information, summarize uploaded materials, identify general damage categories, and support educational report generation. These tools do not make insurance coverage decisions, provide legal advice, or replace licensed professional inspection.

04 — Data sharing & consent

Who sees what, and when.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the website. We only share assessment details with contractors when the homeowner consents to contractor matching or submits information for that purpose.

05 — Contractor matching

How matching is shared.

If a homeowner requests contractor matching, limited assessment information may be shared with eligible Nevada licensed pros based on location, trade fit, coverage area, plan eligibility, and homeowner consent. Lead availability and contractor availability may vary.

06 — Data retention

How long we keep records.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve platform reliability. Users may request deletion of eligible information by contacting us.

07 — Storage & security

How your data is protected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. Data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

08 — Service providers

The vendors we rely on.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, data storage, security, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and operational support. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to support the services.

09 — Your choices

Access, correction, deletion.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by contacting us at [email protected].

10 — Children's privacy

Not directed at children.

Property Claim Guide is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
