By using Property Claim Guide, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Upload photos that do not depict property damage or that contain illegal content.
• Upload photos containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the platform.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, Turnstile verification, or any security measure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying code, models, or data.
• Use the platform to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Impersonate another person, business, or organization.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

In addition to the rules above, contractors agree not to:

• Resell, share, or redistribute leads to third parties outside your own company.
• Contact homeowners for services unrelated to their damage assessment.
• Use lead contact information for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose beyond providing a repair or mitigation estimate.
• Submit false license, insurance, or business credentials during verification.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent lead limits or verification requirements.
• Post false reviews or manipulate ratings of other contractors.
• Misrepresent your trade qualifications, service area, or availability.

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Temporary suspension of platform access.
• Permanent account termination.
• Forfeiture of unused lead credits or subscription fees.
• Reporting to relevant licensing boards or authorities where appropriate.

Property Claim Guide reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action at its discretion. Decisions may be appealed by contacting [email protected] within 14 days.
