This policy applies to Pro subscriptions and lead-credit packs. It is part of, and incorporated into, the Terms of Use. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
Plans and add-ons.
Property Claim Guide offers Pros optional paid plans and one add-on:
- Pro subscription: $499 per month, or $4,990 per year. Annual plans pay for ten months and cover twelve.
- Elite subscription: $999 per month, or $9,990 per year. Annual plans pay for ten months and cover twelve.
- Lead-credit pack: $1,499 one time. Adds 5 lead credits, at 1 credit per claimed lead (enough to claim 5 additional leads). Credits never expire.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The Free tier is free and involves no charge.
Recurring charges.
Your subscription renews automatically. When you buy a Pro or Elite subscription:
- Your card is charged the plan amount shown at checkout at the start of each billing period.
- Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans renew every year.
- Your subscription continues and renews automatically until you cancel. There is no fixed end date.
- The renewal amount is the then-current price for your plan and interval. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.
You consent to these recurring charges at checkout by checking the auto-renewal consent box before payment. The dollar amount and interval you consent to are shown on that box and again at checkout.
Cancel anytime, no penalty.
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty, minimum term, or contract:
- Cancel from your Pro dashboard under Billing, which is available at all times.
- When you cancel, your plan is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access and any remaining plan benefits through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- You may also upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard.
Our refund terms.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable. Because you keep access through the end of any period you have paid for, we do not provide refunds or proration for the current or prior billing periods, including partial months or unused benefits. Your remedy is to cancel, which stops future charges.
- Lead-credit packs are non-refundable. Credits are delivered immediately and never expire; the one-time charge is non-refundable once credits are added to your account.
- We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit for a duplicate charge or a clear processing error. This does not create any obligation to provide refunds in other cases.
Statements and failed payments.
Charges appear on your card statement under a billing descriptor that identifies Property Claim Guide. A receipt is emailed for each charge. Failed payments may be retried; if payment cannot be collected, paid features may be suspended and the account may return to the Free tier.
Sold to businesses.
Paid plans and credit packs are sold to businesses (Pros) for their commercial use, not to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
Updates and notice.
We may update this policy. We will update the "Last revised" date above and provide notice through the Services or by email for material changes.
