How do I sign up as a Pro?
Visit the Pro application. Provide your business details and Nevada State Contractors Board license (or Nevada State Business License if your trade does not require an NSCB license), choose a plan, and create your login. Most Pros finish in about five minutes; verification takes 2–3 business days.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Application and verification are free. The Free tier remains free forever — you appear in the verified directory, but receive no matched leads. Paid tiers (Pro $499/mo, Elite $999/mo) unlock matched leads and priority placement.
What is the verification process?
We check every license you list against the Nevada State Contractors Board public registry, and we verify your Nevada State Business License with the Nevada Secretary of State. If a license is inactive, expired, or doesn't match the business name, we'll reach out before activating your account.
How does lead matching work?
Homeowners complete a structured damage assessment that captures damage type, cause, materials affected, square footage, photos, and insurance status. We match each lead to Pros in the relevant ZIP and trade. Elite Pros get first priority, then Pro — Free is skipped (Free is listing-only).
Are leads exclusive?
No. Each lead may be shared with up to three Pros to give the homeowner real choice. We do not run pay-per-lead auctions; the price is your monthly subscription, not per-lead bidding.
How many leads will I receive?
Lead volume depends on homeowner submissions in your service area and the trades you cover. The Free tier is listing only and does not receive matched leads. Pro receives up to 10 leads per month, Elite receives up to 30. Property Claim Guide does not guarantee specific lead volume.
What plans are available?
Free (listing only, no leads, verified badge), Pro ($499/mo — up to 10 leads/mo, featured placement, priority routing, 1 boost/month), and Elite ($999/mo — up to 30 leads/mo, top placement, first-priority routing, 3 boosts/month, dedicated support, analytics). A one-time Lead credit pack ($1,499 for 10 credits) is available as an add-on.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Credit packs are one-time charges that never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Pro dashboard at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again. No penalties, no minimum terms, no contracts.
What if a homeowner files a claim that names my business?
Property Claim Guide is not a party to any work agreement between you and a homeowner. We provide an introduction; the homeowner-Pro relationship is between you. Carry your own general liability insurance and any trade-specific bonding required by Nevada law.
